Campaign Terms And Condition

Competition Entry, Draws and Prizes:

Running from 1st September 2024 until 30th October 2024, on a bi-weekly basis, each eligible person who visits the Saadiyat website (saadiyatisland.ae) and subscribes to the newsletter and follows the specified prize draw entry terms and conditions will be entered into the prize draw for that bi-weekly draw.

The first draw entry period will be from 1st September 2024 until 16th September 2024. The first draw will be on 17th September 2024.
The second draw entry period will be from 17th September 2024 until 30th September 2024. The second draw will be on 1st October 2024.
The third draw entry period will be from 1st October 2024 until 16th October 2024. The third draw will be on 17th October 2024.
The fourth draw entry period will be from 17th October 2024 until 30th October 2024. The fourth draw will be on 31st October 2024.

At the end of each draw entry period identified above, one winner from the relevant entry period pool will be randomly drawn and will win the relevant bi-weekly draw prize.

Terms & Conditions of the Prize Draw:

The first draw entry period will be from 1st September 2024 until 16th September 2024. The first draw will be on 17th September 2024.
The second draw entry period will be from 17th September 2024 until 30th September 2024. The second draw will be on 1st October 2024.
The third draw entry period will be from 1st October 2024 until 16th October 2024. The third draw will be on 17th October 2024.
The fourth draw entry period will be from 17th October 2024 until 30th October 2024. The fourth draw will be on 31st October 2024.

To be eligible to enter a monthly prize draw, entrants must be:
- aged 18 years or older;
- a resident or citizen of the United Arab Emirates; and
- cannot already be subscribed to Saadiyat Island’s newsletters as at the time of entry.

Limit of one entry and one prize per eligible person across the prize draws.
Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC will conduct the prize draws randomly and its decision on the winners will be final.
Each winner will be contacted by Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC using the email address submitted with their entry on the last day of the relevant bi-weekly draw. Each winner must collect their prize in person from the relevant third-party prize providers and liaise with the third-party prize providers thereafter with regards to redemption/booking of their prize.
Each winner acknowledges that the prizes are being provided by third party prize providers and that accordingly Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC accepts no liability in relation to the winner’s redemption or validity of such prizes.
The winners will bear any additional costs related to the use of any of the prizes/vouchers (including any transportation, tourism fees, travel expenses and all other incidental costs not explicitly included in the prize). The redemption of all prizes is strictly subject to availability at the relevant third-party prize provider and blackout dates/restrictions may apply (all as determined by the relevant third-party prize provider and/or specified on the prize voucher).
The prizes are non-transferable and for personal use only. The prizes cannot be sold or exchanged for commercial gain and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
Employees of Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC, Miral Experiences LLC and their family members are not eligible to participate.
Following DED approval being obtained, Miral Destination – Sole Proprietorship LLC has the right to cancel the prize any draw at any time and for any reason without notice (including modifying the duration of the draws and terms of entry).
In addition to the terms and conditions listed above, each prize will also have its own specific terms and conditions which shall apply.
