Terms & conditions of the Prize Draw:
You can enter the draw if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You are a resident or citizen of the United Arab Emirates; and
  • You are not already subscribed to the Saadiyat Island newsletter at the time of entry (i.e., new subscribers only).

Only one entry per eligible person is allowed across the entire campaign period. Each participant may win only one prize.

Prize Draws will be conducted by Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC, whose decision on the selection of winners is final and binding.

Notification of Winners:

At the end of the entry period, two winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during that period.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address/phone number provided during entry.
  • Winners are required to collect their prize in person from the relevant third-party prize provider and will be responsible for coordinating directly with the provider regarding the redemption or booking of their prize.

Third-Party Prizes:

  • Prizes are provided by third-party partners. Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC bears no responsibility or liability for the redemption process, availability, validity, or fulfillment of the prizes.
  • Redemption of prizes is subject to availability, blackout dates, and the specific terms and conditions set by the third-party provider or outlined on the prize voucher.

Costs and Restrictions:

  • Any additional costs incurred in using the prize (including transportation, travel, accommodation, tourism fees, and incidental expenses) are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize Limitations:

  • Prizes are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.
  • Prizes may not be sold, exchanged, or used in conjunction with any other promotion.

Exclusions:

  • Employees of Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC, Miral Experiences LLC, Miral HQ & it’s entities and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • Current subscribers to the Saadiyat Island newsletter at the time of entry.

Right to Modify or Cancel:

  • Subject to DED approval, Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of the competition, including draw dates, prize details, or terms, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Prize-Specific Terms:

  • Bookings are subject to availability and advance reservation is required.
  • To make bookings, winners should reach out to Reservations.Saadiyat@stregis.comwith their preferred dates along with a copy of their voucher.
  • The voucher holder must present the voucher upon arrival with a credit card to pay for any additional charges accrued.
  • Blackout dates applied including but not limited to ADIPEC, Formula 1, Easter, Festive and UAE Public Holidays.
  • This voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date after which the voucher is null and void.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and may not be transferred for value or cash.
  • This voucher is valid from 1st July 2025 until the 31st October 2025.
  • This certificate is only valid for reservations at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi.
