Entry Instructions

This ticket gives you one-day general admission entry to three of the following cultural sites: Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan and Qasr Al Hosn. This ticket is only valid for one day during the date stated above.

This ticket is the property of Miral Destinations – Sole Proprietorship LLC (“Miral Destinations”), an official reseller appointed by Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan and Qasr Al Hosn, (the Operators).

Please print this e-ticket and present it at each of the facilities to redeem entry, following the facility-specific instructions below. We reserve the right to verify your identity, therefore please bring original government photo identification (e.g. driving license, Emirates ID), or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.

Abu Dhabi Culture Combo General Terms & Conditions:

• • This ticket is valid for one standard entry to each of the following facilities: Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan and Qasr Al Hosn. The ticket also includes Abu Dhabi Bus complimentary transportation in Abu Dhabi.
  • Abu Dhabi Culture Combo ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Unused components of the ticket cannot be refunded. This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
  • Components of the Culture Combo ticket may not be sold separately.
  • Prices include taxes and VAT
  • This ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared. Please bring government issued photo ID with you so we can verify your identity.
  • Your dress and appearance must be suitable for the facility and in keeping with the culture and values of the United Arab Emirates;
  • Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket; Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
  • You may not bring outside food or drinks into the facilities;
  • You must keep this ticket in your possession throughout your visits to each of the facilities (you will need to show it at multiple check points), otherwise you may be denied entry. Your ticket is only valid for one entry to each facility, no re-entry is permitted.
  • Certain zones, exhibits, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit;
  • Admission into and use of the facilities is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we and the Operators accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the facilities;
  • Guests must adhere to the health and safety measures in place at the venues as mandated by the UAE authorities; please check in advance with the operators for the latest information.
  • We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. Offer is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
  • The Operator may deny admission or remove you from a facility for any reason.

• Cancellation Policy

  Customers do not have the right to transfer their Culture Combo ticket to another person. Once the ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be changed.

• Operators’ Child Policy

  • Louvre Abu Dhabi, Qasr Al Watan, Qasr Al Hosn: Entry is free of charge for children aged 17 and below
  • Prices already reflect the child policy (any reductions in cost due to free of charge tickets have been pre-calculated and reflected in the pricing)

  Visit Abu Dhabi Bus

  • The Visit Abu Dhabi Shuttle Bus is a free and easy connection to tourist hot spots in Abu Dhabi. The air-conditioned and wheelchair-friendly buses regularly stop at a number of the emirate’s top hotels, landmarks and attractions along two key routes. Use the bus to visit destinations in Abu Dhabi city centre, Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Jubail Island and the Grand Canal area. Simply claim free access to the Shuttle Bus after booking your hotel stay or purchasing admission tickets for any Abu Dhabi attractions using the Visit Abu Dhabi online booking platform.

  Facility specific terms and conditions

  • Entry and use of the Culture Combo ticket is subject to the Operator’s general terms and conditions and the terms and conditions set out below:
  • Entry to Qasr Al Watan ticket entitles you to enter selected palace zones, exhibitions, and other public spaces. If the ‘Palace in Motion’ is taking place on the date of your visit, this ticket also includes entry to the show.
  • Your ticket does not include a tour. If you wish to purchase a tour add-on, please visit the Visitor Centre
  • Qasr Al Watan continues to function as an official state venue, therefore it is possible there will be unexpected closures. In the event that we need to cancel this ticket, our sole liability to you will be a full refund of the ticket price you paid.
